    This time frame goes right up till the last day of the season.  I think we should cut it back some so you can't take a stand with one day left in the season when it could be very well decided by that point.

    Yes, should include Toronto and Minnesota at this point. And have the same issue for the National League, of course.

    I'd also add Toronto and Minnesota. Though it's extraordinarily doubtful either would win it, they're the only other teams at .500 or better.

    Yea, I guess writing out AL would be nice and official. 

    Toronto is 5.5 back for the Wild Card lead.  The Yankees are 5 back from the Red Sox and we're including the Sawx in the Wild Card race so I think we should include Toronto and Minnesota who is 7 games back.  You never know...

    i'd write out "American League" and so long as others weigh in that all relevant teams are represented in the stands then i'm fine with this.
