This is a great issue.  Recently, I was researching the issue dealing with the effect sex education has on abortion.  This issue popped up a lot there.  We could certainly find plenty of information.

Good issue. However, I think it reads better as "Should parents provide contraceptives to their teenage children?" That implies making the devices available, and leaving it up to the kids whether and when to use them.

This debate will be somewhat like the HPV debate.  Does this encourage sexual activity?  I like the issue.
