Nuclear weapons cannot be justified and deserve condemnation By Archbishop Renato Martino, L'Osservatore Romano, 15 October 1997
I can't find any reason to knock this. There will be two sides to this issue, which is key.

Good revision, I support that.

"ever be used" is odd ... i like this issue but is there a revision out there waiting to happen? Can the use of nuclear weaponry be justified?
Some would say their sheer destructive power is immoral. Some would say they're a tactical mistake waiting to happen that will result in world annihilation. Some would say they're an automatic deterrent to their own use. And some would say that in a controlled situation, unlikely to escalate into global holocaust, they can be used effectively for a military purpose. I think this could sustain a debate, and turn up some truly blood-curdling public figure evidence.
