What should the government do with the funds accumulated for future Social Security payments?

Keep and invest the money separate from all other government programs

    i want to approve this issue.  it is nearly identical to the issue we already have proposed but i fixed position #2.  after we approve this one, we need to archive the other one but i want to try to save the evidence.
