I find the "all of the above" difficult to imagine. I mean, does the public figure have to spell out all four of the other areas specifically? Or do they just have to say no retaliation under any circumstance? Also, have you found information that supports employer retaliation? I think it would be somewhat hard to come by...
laws have to prohibit employer retaliation. existing law prohibits employer retaliation and we are just asking what type of retaliation should be prohibited under the law ...
I don't really get this issue. It's also too framed, "what should they prohibit?"

This is really general. I'm not certain I see the issue. Regardless, if you're going to go with it, than I think these should be checkbox rather than radio buttons.
