    how about similar wording to the iran issue that says something like "what are the appropriate next steps"... and has options like "wait and see", "displomatic measures", etc.

    let's define this a bit more.  how about:

    Should the U.S. intervene diplomatically with Israel and Lebanon?

    it's still clunky.  any other ideas?

    also, i feel we should broaden this and let people discuss in their blogs whether they think the US should intervene diplomatically or militarily.
