    Sorry...I'm a jack ass.  Well, you figured out what I meant so it worked.  We heard this issue creep up two years ago. If Arnold wins anotehr term...I'm afraid we'll be hearing it more.

    Does this mean, "a naturalized citizen"? I think a "non-naturalized" citizen would be one that was born a citizen. Other than that, I'm fine with this.
