    It is a good start.  Let's see...implications here include "Can developing countries compete with the developed world?" and "Will the gap between the wealthy and poor countries grow as a result of globalization?"  Both lines are captured in current phrasing.

    One possibility is restrict geographically - the general performance of Africa v. Asia is likely to be different.

    Another line of questions: "Are countries being left behind by globalization?" and then "If so, why?"

    I like this question a lot.  I was looking for wording to express this concern and got as far as, 'how do we extend a hand to those left behind?'  Something like that.  But this is the essence of the issue.  Good start.
